This policy applies to all products and services offered by Illuminated You Lifestyle Coaching, operating as Manifest with Marcie and Manifest My Life Studio.

By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms below.

1.Digital Products and Downloads

All digital products are non-refundable due to immediate access.

This includes, but is not limited to:

PDFs, workbooks, journals
Courses and programs
Digital toolkits and resources
Desinara Editions
Guided downloads
Templates and planners

Once access is granted, no refunds will be issued.

2. Memberships and Subscriptions

You may cancel your membership or subscription at any time through your account or by contacting support.

Cancellation stops future billing.
Payments already processed are non-refundable.

Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

3. Coaching, Mentoring, and Voxer Support

This applies to one-to-one coaching, group coaching, Voxer support, and private mentoring.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or missed sessions may be charged in full.

Refunds
Coaching and mentoring fees are non-refundable once services have begun. Unused sessions are not refundable.

4. Programs, Workshops, and Live Events

Time-based programs, challenges, workshops, intensives, and group experiences are non-refundable once started.

Missed sessions are not refundable. Recordings may be provided where available.

5. Digital Tools and Journaling Platforms

This applies to Desinara, journaling platforms, automated tools, and interactive features.

Access is non-refundable once activated.

Refunds are not provided for technical issues related to user error, learning curve, or personal preference. We encourage reviewing platform details before purchase.

6. Audio and Media Products

All audiobooks, narrated content, guided readings, and audio resources are final sale due to their digital nature.

7. Custom Narration and Client Recording Services

• Custom narration and client-requested audio services are non-refundable once work has begun due to preparation time and personalization.

• Deposits or full payment may be required before recording begins.

• If a project is cancelled after work has started, no refund will be issued.

• Additional revisions outside agreed scope may incur additional fees.

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on scope and scheduling.

8. Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests due to exceptional circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval is not guaranteed and remains at our discretion.

9. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

If you experience a billing issue, please contact us before initiating a chargeback.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of access to services. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks where appropriate.

10. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
