Mentoring is an ongoing, digital form of support that meets you where you are - in real time, in real life.
This space isn’t about learning more or trying to get it “right.” It’s about having somewhere steady to land as you live the work you’re already engaged in.
Mentoring gives you room to think things through, notice patterns as they show up, and let insights settle naturally, with time.
It isn’t a program to finish.
It’s a relationship you return to.
The membership gives you something steady to come back to - practices, reflections, and ways of working with your inner world that you can return to as life unfolds.
Mentoring adds a more personal layer.
It’s a space to talk things through as they’re happening, to notice what’s showing up for you, and to let insights settle in a way that feels real and lived - not theoretical.
Mentoring isn’t something you need in order to benefit from the membership. Many members never add it, and that’s completely fine.
This option exists for those moments when having continuity, reflection, and a familiar point of reference feels supportive as you’re living the work day-to-day.
Mentoring supports the in-between moments. The ones where insights are surfacing & decisions are being made. This is where real life asks for integration.
Mentoring offers a steady place to think things through. You'll notice patterns as they appear and your understanding will settle naturally over time.
This isn't about being guided or directed. It's about having a thoughtful presence beside you as you start living the work.
Reflections as life unfolds
Perspective without urgency
Continuity over time
Digital mentoring is a simple way to get perspective when something comes up.
It's there for those moments when you're thinking something through, noticing a pattern or just want a bit of clarity before moving on to something else inside the membership. You can share what's on your mind, receive thoughtful input without it turning into sessions, an assignment or a long back-and-forth.
There's no pressure to use it often, or expectation to go deep. Some people check-in occasionally, some people use it more regularly, for a period of time. Both are completely fine.
It's meant to support you in the work you're already doing in the membership, not replace your own decisions or inner process.
